Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are required within 5 days of booking for full refund after this date the rental fee is fully earned. Rescheduling can be accommodated based on availability. A $500 damage deposit is charged prior to the rental date and returned within 5 business dates of the returned equipment. Bookings may need to be reschedule or paused for inclement weather or any other safety reason. For Lake rentals a minimum of 11 inches of water is required to operate the boats safely.
